1. Delivery Areas
- •We deliver within our defined service zones around each branch.
- •Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your entered address.
- •Orders placed outside our service radius will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- •Standard delivery: 30–45 minutes from order confirmation.
- •Peak hours may extend delivery time to 45–60 minutes.
- •Adverse weather may further delay deliveries.
3. Delivery Charges
- •Delivery charges vary by distance and are shown at checkout.
- •Free delivery may be available for orders above a minimum order value.
- •Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was not delivered due to our fault.
4. Packaging
- •All food items are packed in food-safe, tamper-evident packaging.
- •Hot items are packed in insulated containers to maintain temperature.
- •Report any tampered packages immediately without consuming the food.
5. Failed Deliveries
- •Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you if delivery fails.
- •After two failed attempts, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
- •Ensure your delivery address and phone are correct when ordering.
